This fully furnished, and meticulously themed residence promises to create enduring memories for your family and guests, ensuring a timeless experience!Designed to accommodate up to 24 guests, this home is ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat, those on an adventurous family vacation, or a group of friends in pursuit of a lavish getaway.
As soon as you step inside Rivive at Reunion, you'll be welcomed by the grandeur of expansive living spaces, where luxury abounds at every turn. The inviting living area, adorned with high-end furnishings, is spacious and bright, serving as a cherished gathering spot for everyone to relish. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with a spacious French door fridge, stovetops, and dishwasher, simplifies the preparation of delectable meals—from quick breakfasts to leisurely Sunday brunches and gourmet dinners for your entire party. Enter the entertainment loft, featuring a new pool table and poker table. The home boasts a game room with 2 Fast & Furious Sit Down Arcade Driving Games, an air hockey table, and a theater room with luxurious and comfortable seating for 9.
Through the sliding glass doors off of the living room, the pool area is a perfect spot, featuring a grill and dining tables with chairs for gatherings. Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
